Sorry, but I’m with @Ninjastar. That amount of fasting seems excessive and unhealthy. I wouldn’t mind doing a day here and there, though. I can’t because medication makes me physically ill if I don’t eat every so often.
Same here. I tried fasting and can only go half a day before I feel sick.
I’ve been talking to my partner about this all day and I’m going to try fasting 2 non-consecutive days each week! When I used to fast it gave me so much more energy and I would sleep better, so I’m hoping I get those benefits. In addition to much needed weight loss.
The only time I did fasting was after I came out of the hospital from anorexia where I had to put on weight in order to be discharged
I don’t believe in fasting anymore because 1. I can’t do it
2. Our body needs certain nutrition on a daily basis and unfortunately I am not a fan of supplements
Make sure you break your fast with some nutrient rich food! Good luck with future fasts.
