I cannot not eat. It’s tough. So I thought I’d fast 16 hours and eat for 8 hours. Most of those 16 hours are spend asleep anyway. Like between 11 and 7 I can eat. Or 12 and 8.

I can’t eat either, i got to force myself. When you don’t eat you don’t poop, when you don’t poop you die.

I have just been doing this for a few weeks
It makes sense for me to go back to an old good habit of not eating in the evenings at all past about 6 (I can’t wait for a late evening meal at the best of times)
I do 10-6
I’ve broken it twice in the last few weeks
But it seems to allow for this as long as it’s a brief problem
I’ve lost about 7lbs since I’ve been doing it
I read that if you do 16:8 without changing anything else, for people who are obese and stick to it for 7-8 weeks they tend to lose 3 or 4% of their body weight
I’ve combined it with more exercise
I eat between 11 and 8:30. My husband does too

Overeaters anonymous recommend three meals a day. Breakfast,lunch and dinner.

Thats what I am saying, I can’t starve and do 24 hour fasts… having an eating window avoids snacking… so i think i will stick with 11 to 7.

Are you not hungry?
Or are you intentionally trying to lose weight?
Contrary to popular belief, fasting is not healthy.
Intermittent fasting might be ok for some but overall it’s a bad idea and not sustainable.

Its called intermittant fasting where I eat between 11am to 7pm and then stop eating until the next morning and do the same again. I won’t be eating between 7pm to 11am the next day again, most of it is spent sleeping anyway.

I can’t do 24 hour or 36 hour fasts. my cousins fasts for 20 hours and eats for only 4. thats not healthy.

Well, I don’t think mines is extreme… all i trying to do is avoid snacking after 7 until 11am the next day when i wake up
