Exercising

Today I only did 15 minutes of cardio, but I went as hard as I could. I pushed through not wanting to do anything today. Yay! My legs feel like jello haha

I hate doing cardio. Actually I don’t think I’ve ever worked out hard enough for it to be considered cardio

Yay, good job!! When I started exercising again, I started with 5 minutes, then kept increasing the time, slowly. :relaxed:

Good for all you guys @LilyoftheValley @Blossom @Jonathan2 !!!

I do yoga for 30-40 minutes, five days a week. I love it. Hurts like heck, (because of my age, 61), but, I always feel like a $1,000,000.00 bucks afterward. For real!!!

I’m glad you feel better after doing it. Yoga is good for arthritis actually

Good for you @LilyoftheValley on doing so much cardio. I find HIIT cardio to be too challenging for me and hard on my joints. It also makes me crazy hungry. But I have been trying to get in my 10,000 steps daily and things like planking, and push-ups. I have no clue how to tame my stomach though.

Try the elliptical. It’s easy on joints. So is swimming. For hunger, try eating high protein foods throughout the day. I eat 4 small meals a day. Plus I eat one snack a day.
