I did Pilates this morning, Was a form of exercise focusing on breathing and stretching and working on posture and the abdomen, hoping it will help with tension and all of that and tone up my stomach as well, fingers crossed
Cools.
i used to do body pump.
that was good whilst it lasted
i think that would be too rigorous for me, i’d get very anxious lol
I don’t exercise but it’s supposed to be very good for schizophrenia.
I exercise at work during free days I rest and do what’s fun

@anon90843118
its less about exercise with me and more about self improvement to be honest lol, i’m not doing it to keep fit per se, its more about trying to combat stress and tension, bad posture and improve my focus and tone my stomach
I don’t do exercise classes but i do walk on the treadmill for thirty minutes every morning. I don’t work so it gives me a little exercise.
sounds fun disciple, i’ve been out with my mums dog today 8500 steps so far
I have gym twice a weekon a treadmill.
I don’t exercise anymore. I just don’t have the energy or motivation, especially because I need to work full-time. All my energy goes toward surviving that.
I was a runner before I got sick. It really made me feel great.
I do yoga from classes online with the yoga app www.TrackYoga.com
I took hip hop dance classes free online. Now I help around my dad’s farm.
Is that you???
Damn straight! I like medium starch on shirts. Crisp and clean with just a bit of firmness. Dry cleaners leave annoying creases.
Nah, sorry for silly picture. However, exercise is really good for you. Our meds make us more vulnerable to things not wanting to trigger anyone. We owe it to our body to take the best care of it that we can. So, I follow what my drs recommend which includes exercising. I’m 100% compliant because I want to feel the best that I can and not be living in a world of “what if’s”. “Do or do not there is no try” by MasterYoda. I remember that when I start to want to accept defeat from the side effects of meds.
Not anymore… don’t have that much strength
I’m not that fit either
