Finally at the gym for the 2nd time after

Not going for about 7 or 8 months due to joint pain.

I’ve been doing water aerobics but haven’t gone to that in a few weeks because I’m having a really hard time waking up early enough.

I’ve not been feeling good

Anyway, last time I only did cardio. Today I added weights. Boy am I weak!!! It’s terrible! I’m so ashamed of myself

Lol! I’m married to a bodybuilder so I feel a lot of pressure to take care of myself physically.

My gym is free and has a track, weights , cardio equipment and basketball courts

I have 2 gym memberships through my insurance. One has a pool.
