How does exercise help you? Does it just help with motivation or does it help with all aspects of negs? Also do you get relief instantly or does it take weeks?

It takes time and consistency to reap the full benefits of exercising.
But even after a week of daily jogging or other forms of physical activity, mood is improved, sleep is better, focus is clearer.
Don’t overdo it. Slow and steady wins the race.

When I spend 15 minutes on my stationary bike, I’m able to breathe better during the day. I think I sleep more soundly too, despite a lot of nightmares.

I do yoga about 150 min. a week. It really helps with my flexibility, stamina, balance, strength, coordination and pain control. Frankly I don’t know what I would do without it.

It’s hard to get started but it does help fight negatives if you get some momentum up.

Meanwhile. Health benefits. Mental health benefits from recent studies. There’s so much good about exercise.

Start small but regular is key and it does get easier for most. So many good things you can do with simple body weight exercise or things like walking briskly. As always. See your gp and get a bottom line on your health before any vigorous execise programs.
