I love to do exercises, but

it’s like do or die. if i do exercises i feel better and have a better day. but if i don’t the consequences are pretty bad.

i wonder what this is all about.

have a great day folks.

Moderate exercise can give you a nice feeling of well being. I can’t do it because of my med’s right now.

Routine helps. See your regular doc first then do it every day. It really can make a difference but we are all different. Just do a little bit regularly where you get your heart rate up is usually good.

I know that exercise is good for me. Therefore, wherever I lodge, I make sure to be the one to take out the garbage or bring in the firewood.

On the days that you don’t you could try throw in little work out moves throughout your day; whilst you boil the kettle or make dinner etc

Physical exercise really benefits your overall health. Maintaining a daily exercise regimen will assist in strengthening your muscles, lose or maintain weight and psychological benefits such as the release of endorphins.

I’m exercising 5 days a week. But with my Haldol, it’s very hard to overcome the fatigue. But like you, once I’m done I feel good about myself

I’m living with my sister right now and I don’t have my yoga mat here. So, I can’t do my yoga for now. I ordered a new one online. It’ll get here in a week.
