Oh, I promise, I don’t feel bad. It’s what I can do, and I put myself in this position. I don’t hold them during a routine. Right now, it’s just arm curl-type work. The other thing I do is yoga. But no, no holding the weights. It’d wear me out. Right now, I can do about 15 minutes of my yoga routine.
You’re doing great! I think yoga is hard.
Mine is “morning” yoga, to ease me into the day, only it’s usually more like the afternoon. lol

yay, thanks guys! you encouraged me to focus on weight loss as well as exercise. was gonna get a steak to eat today, but settled on the lower fat option - marinated tofu.
I don’t think I even want to quit honestly. I quit for 2 months and it was amazing, but it’s just too hard. I love to put my faith in that it’s me they hate, not the cigs, and they can’t stop me why they hate it. I’m turning into a real villain nowadays anyways.

Mb, quoted into wrong thread. I just feel hated by the world. I don’t think cigarettes are bad anymore. If they were bad why would people smoke them. I think we might be reading too hard into things, it seems to be a necessary process of survival for me therefor equating, me=hated by world. Imagine.

@TheCanuk What’s easier to do, embrace the fact I can’t quit or beat myself up because I can’t quit? And I mean CAN’T quit.

You can quit, I know it’s an extremely difficult thing to do, but its possible.
I quit. I don’t vape either.
Cigarettes cause lung cancer, heart attacks, strokes, COPD and much more.
I’m never going back to that sh-it. It’s not worth the 3 to 5 minutes of enjoyment. My grandpa had COPD in the later years of his life before he died.
You know what he told me his biggest regret in life was?
Smoking cigarettes.
When you get to the point of not being able breathe, which will most likely happen, you’ll regret smoking.

Yeah once you die you won’t regret anything, you are right on that.
But do want to suffer really badly before you die? Lung cancer and COPD cause shortness of breath, which is torture. Heart attacks are usually very painful, which is torture.
How old are you? How long have you been smoking and how many a day? Height and weight?
260, 6’2. 30 yrs, half a pack is a day. Forgot how long.
I do want to quit, like I said I did for 2 months, and when I quit the things I saw made it all worth all that pain to just have those 2 months. But it’s just my cross to bear. Look. I know how crazy that sounds. But what i’m saying is that you cannot stop invisible forces driving you to do things even though you don’t want to do them.
You are overweight (I am too, even more than you, not talking sh-it) you are at the age where bad habits really start to have a negative effect on health. + half a pack a day is more than enough to cause issues. You are playing with fire man. You seem like a good dude so I wouldn’t want anything bad to happen to you 50 years before you should pass away.
Weight loss update
Have been on an average of a 1,000 calorie deficit since July 3rd (Except for July 4th holiday).
Chewing gum and drinking water when hungry.
Doing card outside everyday.
Tan & shredded here I come.
