I go for 40 min walk every morning after breakfast. I sometimes walk places in afternoon.i really need to lose weight around tummy
I like bread and butter and have a hot chocolate every day
I went hiking in the afternoon recently. I intent to go everyday if my foot pain allows. Will keep doing this in Winter and Spring. Will also use my kettlebell for upper limbs and chore exercise. Seriously i want to lose some pounds. I intend to spend 3 years to lose 60 lbs.
i find it hard to exercise, i have problems with my feet as well and posture and also another problem that flares up during long walks and exercise best i can do is keep busy and eat healthy.
i am seriously overweight at 13 stone and would love to join you on this weight loss journey…i’ have sort of started already as i’ve had figs for breakfast and shed loads of coffee with semi skimmed milk…i had fresh figs for lunch too.
i have fibromyslgia and degenerative spine problems so exercise is difficult but i think that walking up and down the stairs at home is great exercise. my gp told me that this was the best exercise you could do. great for cardio and muscle toning and weight loss…i have already done this about 15 times today so far but sporadically and it needs to be done all at once for about ten minutes at a time…i’m going to start off very slowly and just do ot 5 times all at once. i have dumbells so can do these too. think i’ll go for 15 repititions 5 times a day at first, om my arms and 5 times stairs 5 times a day. i can;t do sit ups because of my back though i have a big belly and would love to get rid of it. we;ll see if i’ve lost anything after a week of this regime…i need to eat heathily too…i’m not into faddiets si won;t be doing atkins or egg diets…i’m just not going to eat crap for a week and see how that affects my weight. last blow out tonight then, better food for a week.

I’m starting monday. no diet, I don’t eat too much. Just intense interval for 30 minutes in the mornings. If I get motivation, I will do 100 sit ups morn and 100 at night. I want to get abs by next summer. My fat is accumulating when I sit my goal is 15% BF and I know I can do it in a short time.
I’ve lost 50 lbs recently but gained back 3 of those pounds, so, I’m trying to lose about 5 lbs right now. Trying to go from 153 to 148 lbs right now through calorie counting, yoga, stationary cycling, and piano playing (that burns calories).
I walked for an hour today for three miles total. But my meals included oatmeal cookies though. I have to cut that out next time. Hopefully tomorrow I would not be so week. But i drank plenty of water though. I’ll start recording my meals on myfitnesspal.com
My ISP was supposed to install my dsl connection last thursday but the technician didn’t show up. Since I’m using the wifi at local restaurants to connect I won’t be starting my diet until my dsl is finally connected, which will hopefully be Monday.
I’m really starting to get frustrated. I’m sick and tired of eating fast food by the wifi is for customers only so I have to order something.
I have lost ten pounds in six months on it… I pay some attention to calories, but I mostly use it to make absolutely sure I get 7 servings of veggies and fruits every day.
I have about 35 people using it right now… don’t know yet if they have gotten as good as results as I have but it may be too soon to tell.
