I am going to start exercising tomorrow. I plan on losing all this weight…I am about 80 pounds overweight. I just brought an exercise bike into the house and I hope it helps to lose it all. Maybe when I lose the weight that my self confidence will go up. Anyways, just thought I would share
I like to do exercise too, I usually go jogging every three or four days; On weekend I swimming; I must confess you that it is useful to be constant until you will get positive outcomes.

Good luck. It helps to eat right. Incidentally I lost 68 lbs without exercising even though I know I need to exercise.
Nick, would you mind reposting that diet? I have a rabid cardiologist on my back about my weight. Which he is right about, but… (sigh)

I should exercise more and try and lose weight. My youngest stepdaughter bought me an exercise bike but then I developed a problem with one of my knees, and although it’s better now I haven’t been back on the bike.
Also need to eat less. Tend to eat more if I’m on my own and that is the situation 98-99% of the time. If I was properly occupied I’d not be reaching to eat as something to do, irrespective of whether I’m really hungry or not.

I have to say that when I start excercising ( aerobic-dance ) It lifts my mood right away. Im trying not to let anything get in my way of that anymore. It
s so important for my mood.

1/2 hour walking on the treadmill this evening. It’s a start.

Another half hour this evening. Managed to sustain 3 MPH. Bluetooth cardio monitor said only one episode of irregular heartbeat, which is better than I was doing before I cut out caffeine. Just need to keep at it.
I could hike x-country for ten miles last fall then I fell apart over the winter. Depressing. Need to get at least a piece of that back.

I congratulate you. Congenital heart defect plus a damaged right knee means I have had to learn to be speedy in other areas. I will just do what I can to push this limit and be satisfied with whatever progress is possible.

Good for you pixel getting on the treadmill. I have been doing the exercise bike the last couple of days. it is only 20 minutes long but I hope to be up to an hour in a month or so. I just need to lose this weight.
