Oh my god. I just biked back from the supermarket with like 20kgs of groceries. It was so hard. And unfortunate because its meant to be my rest day. But hey, im loving the endorphins now!
Going for a run tomorrow morning. It was way too hot this evening to go.
Lifted weights and jogged for 30 minutes on the treadmill. I think im going to keep it at 30 minutes a day. I think thats more than enough for cardiovascular benefits.
Still sticking to my calorie counting and staying within limits.
I’ve had to go in an extra notch on my belt. So it’s working.
Been so cold in the shed so not much weights lately. Still. Ordered some new gear for the cable setup so it’ll be here tomorrow hopefully so afternoons in the shed when it warms up.
Still. Doing good. Been on the carbs lately but still keeping things just over guidelines with the whole keto thing. It works. It’s good and you can keep on doing it with some discipline. Meanwhile I’ve been running everyday. Doing 2km runs so 1.6 miles or so and heartrate is good…just slowly building into it so not going crazy but doing 6 and a half minute km’s. I’d like to get that down to 5 minutes so will see.
Keep on keeping on peeps. It’s so worthwhile exercising but do the dieting as well. It’s hard work with both but you can get some pretty incredible gains. You really can.
I’m just starting to see I am losing weight! My shorts don’t fit that well anymore! They’re just a little to big now! My wedding rings are wiggly on my finger! I’m really excited, I’ve never been able to keep to any kind of diet until now! I’m just calorie counting, I’ve messed up a few times but I’m still not giving up! I’m excited!
I just weighed myself and I’m down 5lbs! I’m so happy!!! I’ve struggled with weight since my early 20’s! I found something that works for me!

Starting at 296 in February of 2023 that’s what I weighed at my cardiologist appointment. I didn’t get on a scale again till June of 2023 and this is what I saw.
This was from today. 198 pounds. 98 pounds down from my high weight. SO close to a 100 pound weight loss
I’ve been struggling to get below 260 pounds for awhile now.
When I started lifting heavy weights again I went from 260 to 270 in 3 months. Started cutting almost 2 weeks ago and back down to 265 again.
Im going to make an exercise plan to start next month. Just some dumbbell exercises and body weight at home 20-30min workouts, probably 20mins. Also two or three 2km brisk walks per week would be ideal.

Workout was way too easy today, i need to buy more weights. But i did a second workout, that was more challenging. I’m losing weight, but it might be really hard sticking to a vegan diet when i am around my mums tasty meat filled cooking

I wanna start walking once it cools down. I was 265 at my pdoc appointment today. I did mow earlier so I got some exercise.
