Hey. I know it seems hard now but such sentiment is often misguided. Sz will make you consider your self worth but it’s a distorted lens. Your a good person. Your a good person here and You are a good person in life. Your kids are proof of that.
Please. Don’t do anything silly an if you need help ask for it. It’s not normal to think like this and I know because I’ve been there before…you can get over this and move forward. It’s not easy sometimes but it’s so worthwhile living as large as you can and enjoying things. You can get there.

I agree with @rogueone! Please don’t do anything silly. I understand things can be damn difficult at times, but you’ve been doing so well, especially with your efforts to give up smoking. You are a strong individual. You’ve shown you have the strength of mind to attack some things. Please seek help if you’re feeling overwhelmed. My thoughts are with you.

@FatMama I think you need to seek help, by going to hospital. call yourself a ambulance or a friend to get you help.
We’re here for you. It’s tough getting through a day with this illness. I’m also working on my smoking habit.
Life is important. Everybody’s gonna die someday, but you just have to put in your time first. Can you reach out to someone to talk to?
I personally don’t like the hospital option, as it freaks me out and exposes me to people with more serious mental illnesses which can be scary. If you’re having a massive episode, I would go in though. Better safe than sorry. We just all want you to be safe! Your kids love you, you gotta stick around for them.
Please reach out for help. No one would be better off without you, and the loss of you would be devastating.
I dont know what happened, but a lot of problems are temporary. We are here to listen if you want to talk. Please reach out to a crisis line or seek out some help. Your life has so much value even if it doesnt feel like it sometimes.
