In all honesty the worst thing that could happen is it won’t taste as good as the one you catch in the ocean or great lake

Freshwater salmon are in both the USA and Canada idk you need a big boat and expensive equipment too go fishing for them but if you can I’d suggest going to catch one they can weigh up to 25 pounds easy I forgot to mention if your in the UK you can get saltwater salmon or if your by the ocean
