I can’t wait until lab-grown fish is a thing, I’d eat it every day. I don’t want to eat wild fish as they have very high levels of heavy metals like mercury in it.

it’s filled with contaminates. But yes there are benefits too.

Assuming there will still be fish when as we are reaching old age.

heard bad things about tilapia

I would stop eating it

Really? What did you hear? I actually rarely eat it.

it’s not real fish

it has no bones and it does something dangerous to your body

I can’t remember all that has been said, just know it’s something I stopped eating.

you can look it up, I’m sure it’s being said online.

I like tuna and salmon. I love shrimp and calamari and crab.
They say canned fish has lower mercury than other fish. And seafood has the least amount.
