Ah the wonders of the internet.
A place where you can show the world what you can be,
and this forum that the average person should think of us as something to fear,
Are found to be helpful and nice.
Imagine the average person’s surprise at their mistake.
Nothing to fear about just wanting to get along.

Me too, it is the only online place I visit…

@zeno it is not automatic that sardines contain Omega 3 , you need to look at the nutritional value
and if it doesn’t say Omega 3 there is probably none there.

@zeno so your sardines contain Omega 3 , but it doesn’t mean that all sardines contain Omega 3…
Your caption is misleading.

all sardines contain omega 3’s, it’s naturally occurring. Fish is known to be a good source for omegas.

Nah nah nah nah nah nah nah. I knew that I would now. Nah nah nah mah nah nah nah.

And James Brown rolls over in his grave at being taken for granted by the members of SZ.com.

@Leaf I don’t believe that all sardines contain Omega 3.
Some sardines contain Omega 3 , but not all.
I believe that it is ridiculous to believe that sardines contain Omega 3 if the nutritional value doesn’t say

@chess The American Heart Association recommends eating fish (particularly fatty fish) at least two times (two servings) a week. … Fatty fish like salmon, mackerel, herring, lake trout, sardines and albacore tuna are high in omega-3 fatty acids.
