and this forum that the average person should think of us as something to fear,

@zeno it is not automatic that sardines contain Omega 3 , you need to look at the nutritional value
and if it doesn’t say Omega 3 there is probably none there.

They do, on a box I have in front of me:

on 100g = omega 3 1.21g (EPA + DHA 1015 mg).

Your caption is misleading.

all sardines contain omega 3’s, it’s naturally occurring. Fish is known to be a good source for omegas.

@Leaf I don’t believe that all sardines contain Omega 3.
Some sardines contain Omega 3 , but not all.
I believe that it is ridiculous to believe that sardines contain Omega 3 if the nutritional value doesn’t say
so.
