Not so keen on chicken cos it’s a big fuss to cook nicely.

Yeah I think it’s good too, but for me a lot fish like cod and salmon is something you need to do something with, anything, if only salt and pepper. squeezed lemon or cheese or garlic butter or sour cream or anything. Need some flavors to contrast it with.
But I guess any pro chef would tell me that you need to do that with any food lol

Baked fish is delicious fried fish is good too however it’s high in cholesterol fried anything ain’t good
I have an air fryer I wonder if thats considered fried too?
