I’ve got a weird thing going on this week. I can’t stomach raw veggies. At all. Roasted ones, maybe. Starches… Meh. All I really want is protein. Had 3x boiled eggs for breakfast. Had 2 protein bars for lunch. Ate 3 burger patties for supper smothered in hot sauce and hot peppers with 2 boiled eggs on the side.
All I want right now is protein. The thought of raw veg grosses me out. I know I need to eat a balanced diet, but just … can’t.
I like a salad from time to time but rarely have one. The salad bowls you can order with online shopping are something of a fraud ie lots of pasta and little salad stuff.
The supermarket in town has a salad counter you can choose from but it’s the devil’s own job to close the lid on a container. For that reason I seldom get stuff from there.
