Thanks to Jimbob, I've started a diet

Yes, @Jimbob mentioned Huel and I looked into it. It wasn’t what I wanted, but it got me looking for other vegan meal replacement shakes and I found one I like. Orgain. I started last night when the delivery got here.

I’m replacing breakfast and dinner. Lunch will be a nice piece of high-quality protein and a bunch of veggies.

I’m excited. I’ve been slowly gaining weight since I started risperidone and have gone over 250 now. I need to lose 100 pounds. But for right now, I’ll be happy with 20.

Are you sure if wasnt @labratmat that mentiojed huel ? Cos he mentioned it to me and ive been trying it out too.

Funny. I saw you guys talking about Huel. So I got some and liked it. I mentioned it to leafy.
