I experimented with vegetarianism. I’m getting my protein. I even gained a pound as a vegetarian. I decided I’m better off with meat I think. Maybe in moderation. Like 2x a week. For so long I’ve been eating meat every day. I notice differences and I think it’s good. I eat kachava, yogurt, milk, cheese,eggs, guacamole, falafel and other stuff as sources of protein. Overall I feel healthier. I had chicken wings yesterday but that’s all the meat I had lately.

me im okay…not so good id say but my meds are good so id say i got that going for me

I don’t eat red meat or pork for years. I am doing better doing that.

i do prefer chicken to red meat but i like a burger on occasion too lol
