Lately I drink a bottle of wine in one sitting, let’s say with lunch or with dinner. After having drunk a bottle, it’s as if I have smoked a joint . Wine has calories, weed has not . I prefer weed though. I miss the old days when I was drinking a bottle of frozen vodka every night

I don’t wanna smoke
But I wanna drink maybe something light like beer and occasionally some hard drinks, u know just enjoy life

No, it’s irrelevant. With alcohol I’m having a break from my thoughts and voices. Until now I had no increase in hallucinations due to drinking

A bottle of wine is too much, but I understand you. I would love to drink a bottle of wine in the evening, but in the long run it’s no good for me. I try to minimize my alcohol intake to 2-4 units a day and it goes fine.

@Om_Sadasiva I was drinking a bottle of wine every night. I gained a lot of weight and didn’t look healthy.
It seemed to be helping me too. But I don’t drink now cause I’m pregnant. I will never go back to a bottle of wine a night. After I’ve given birth I might just have one bottle of wine over a weekend.

Since being on meds alcohol makes me tired and dizzy faster. Rarely I will have a small cup of 5% alcohol like cider or tropical soda 5%. One bottle of wine is too much even for ppl not mentally ill, its considered alcoholic/addiction.

I’m an alcoholic and have been to Alcoholics Anonymous. I can’t drink anymore because of my medications. I could damage my liver.

Don’t mix benzos with alcohol, it could be fatal! They both increase GABA neurotransmitter. Talk to your Dr about how much you are drinking!

Yea I read that people mixing benzos with alcohol can get in a coma or even die.

Thank you guys. No, I haven’t tried mix of benzos and alcohol. I’m safe. Also, I don’t drink every day. I am not an alcoholic
