A couple of days ago experienced extreme psychosis like my brain was about to break. Had people jumping in and out of my body. Felt like i was about to die a tortureous death. Finally at night sleep healed me. I don’t want to die young hopefully i will get to an old ripe age. But this illness is just killing me sometimes.
I don’t want to die either. I take meds and am in regular contact with my doctors. Are you doing the same?

Make sure you get enough sleep, eat nutritious meals and stay away from stress.
Keep regular contact with your psychiatrist and stay on any medication prescribed for you and you will get through things much easier.

I want to do what I can to help my son live a long time.when he has troublesome side effects and professionals minimize what he is feeling,I get annoyed & feel helpless.We try to follow holistic approaches as well and have a hard time dealing with people who oversimplify issues. You are right being concerned to take measure that ensure longevity.
because of my weight, the meds I take and the lack of exercise every one is concerned that I won’t make it to an old age

At hardware store today and I heard that I would be killed next month. I’m so scared of dying especially of being murdered. How can I prevent this from happening? how can I be safe.
its always next month, next year, next week. If they wanted you they would have taken you already, its just a voice.
They told me that I would kill myself in three days and it didn’t happen. I’m sorry you are experiencing this. I know how hard it is to hear voices. You might need to switch to a different medication or go on a higher dose. Tell your doctor or therapist what is going on. You won’t die.

Same thing happened to me again. I pray I won’t die but threatened today just want to be left alone

I’m ok not in bad health, but need to exercise used to play golf.
