Someone said I was going to die soon it makes me paranoid, I hate my intrusive thoughts, I feel hated here, I am so scared and sad

I’ve seen some of your posts before, and I don’t hate you at all.
Who told you you were going to die soon? Did they have a solid, rational foundation for that idea? Do you have severe health problems that you need to worry about, or self-destructive behaviors that endanger your health?

I think I get intrusives sometimes too. I’m sorry you’re hurting,but also I promise no one wants to hurt you.

The hallucinations are always like that, very pessimistic and hurtful.
I had the “he’s near death” hallucination one time when my headache was pretty bad in a store, just ignore the nonsense.
The voices used to want me to die too, but as my recovery progressed and my head hurt less and less, the voices got friendlier. I still hear them a little bit though, and we get into arguments still.

Afraid tv saying I am dieing soon, the news casters are so mean and tv personalities can you believe they are talking about crime and they want the same happening to me.
It’s just a hallucination, try to ignore them. Don’t let them influence you!
