It is good for weight loss and recovery, I’ll give it that, but otherwise psychologically it makes me feel odd. I’m going to try to go off of it. I hope I don’t gain weight again.
I didn’t take it today and I was still able to do my full weight lifting routine. I’ve covered all my weight lifting for the week. The rest of the week I will do walking, running at full speed (which constitutes as anaerobic), and more complicated aerobic exercises like the burpee, as well as karate stretching.

No, it just decreases anxiety for me.
