I took 1000mg of NAC last night and felt good almost immediately. I also felt good today.
I took 1000mg again about 2 hours ago and feel nothing nada zip.

Did you take it on an empty stomach last night?
Sometimes medicines work better when you haven’t eaten.

Good point. I can’t remember. I’ll pay more attention to that as I continue the NAC experiment !

I’ve had an experience in the past of first taking NAC and feeling better, and then it not having that effect when taking it subsequent times. I haven’t taken supplements for a very long time, and I refuse to. I sort of thought years ago supplements where affecting how I feel, but I have since realised whichever antipsychotic I am taking has the overwhelming effect on how I feel.
