l-theanine (You’ll have to experiment with the dosage to see what works, if it works) - I take this when I’ve had too much caffeine and am having some anxiety.
CalmAid (Silexan) - I wrote about it here on the forum and provided some studies to back it up. A lot of people swear by this stuff.
