I got hacked a few days ago and I’m trying to respond. I there anything I can do besides change my passwords? They got into my PayPal account and now Google said someone tried to sign in from the same type of phone I have
I couldn’t find IP address or make address so don’t know but any suggestions?

I’ve heard people can take images of your phone if you call them. It’s a common scam then they can operate off your phone as if they are you.

No I haven’t. My wifi router got hacked a few days ago. The used the same device names as my devices but the mac addresses where different. I looked it up and I guess it’s a hack to see your Internet traffic.
I gave a guy my wifi PW and took him off the night before so idk…

Yea… It’s the real reason I was Soo upset when. Got suspended… Idk why the hell they could do. I know for sure I will never let another neighbor use my wifi… for free
internet freaks me out. ive been worried im being hacked for about 2 years now. its to the point that i am afraid they are listening to me so ive started playing music loudly for most of the day to cover up my voice just incase i start talking to myself.
I got hacked, well my email address, I made a new account and deleted that one. And added home security antivirus program. Don’t think it will happen again. I opened a scam email by clicking the link, won’t open again!
Get two factor authentication as soon as possible on your important accounts like google and PayPal if you haven’t. Makes it much more secure.
Keep software and browsers up to date. Browsers are huge programs and have large attack vectors.
