Does anybody's sleep pattern change?

My sleep pattern changes all the time, but it doesn’t change a lot.

My sleep pattern is rubbish. I’m awake all night, sleep during the day.

I use to have issues with not having a regular sleep schedule. I would be up all kinds of odd hours, but it has been better lately.

I’m very regimented with my sleep. If I’m not, I don’t sleep. So it’s the same exact routine every morning and night, same timing of meds, same exact time the tech/tv/media goes off, etc. My body knows the routine by now, so it knows to sleep, and I usually sleep quite well. (I have to take 3-4 supplements to make that happen, though.)

Edit: I also don’t go in my bed for anything except sleep. I don’t lay in bed at all during the day, so this way my body just associates the bed with sleep. An OT taught me all of these things.

Mine changes all the time. At best, I’m awake about every hour, hour and a half. Sometimes the stupid Seroquel gives me restless legs all night. Worst my mind just goes and goes, and I barely get any sleep. They tell me that 800mg Seroquel and 200mg Trazodone should fell an ox, but it don’t do sh*t for me.

Mine has changed every time I changed meds. It usually stabilizes after the change.

Keep looking for a med that won’t make you sleep too much. You might try Abilify.

I went through that. But for me, it turned out to be my Geodon causing it. Once I switched off Geodon onto a different AP, I was able to sleep

I’m really lacking sleep. Was up awake last night. Working at my job.

Now it’s day time and I can’t sleep.

Then soon it’s evening and I gotta work on no sleep. Omg.

This is not good.

This calls for coffee soon

Mines all over the place @Jake.

At the moment it’s early evening bedtime and up about 5am.

Got used to it now

I have finally got past the need for a sleep aid after nearly a year of troubles.

On the up thankfully

Not getting decent sleep is not good

I’ve had very bad insomnia in the past. It’s much better now though. I’m in bed very early but I’m up early with qwertle.

Since I stopped Olanzapine I’ve had insomnia. I was awake until 6 AM. Slept about 4 hours.

I seem to be stuck in a weird pattern where I go to bed early, get up early but soon as I get enough rest I’m wide awake for the night. Then I’m all over the map for a week. Then I’m back on my schedule. Repeat…
