Do you look after your physical health?

Hey guys, as above, i look after my physical health with exercise good diet and dont smoke or drink, thoughts?

I lift weights occasionally in periodic motivations. Eg for a few days a week and then forget, and then do the same again.

otherwise. I do smoke. But I don’t drink and I don’t use substances of any other kind either.

I walk regularly and my goal is to cycle or run or play football (soccer), when I feel that the negative symptoms have improved enough for me to do so.

I eat a lot of takeaways, and have a bit of a belly but not obese or FAT.

No I don’t…

I dont do it very well, nope unfortunately either…
I smoke a lot and have already some other issues, but i avoid doctors, cause i am paranoid still outside…
Tbh, i start to worry a bit. Apparently, the statistics are probably right, that we szs are more fragile even physically :confused:

Sort of. I have a lot of chronic illnesses so a lot gets swept under the rug.

I know the right thing to do, but i am not doing it for some reason i don’t know. Maybe lack of willpower or too disfunctional. I think i gave up on myself.

Ever since I found out that I have a fatty liver I’ve been following the recommendations of a nutritionist/doctor I’ve been seeing.

She placed me on a low carb anti inflammatory diet and I’m starting to see positive results health wise.

I’ve managed to lose over 10 pounds recently.

I’ve also been tracking my steps via my iPhone.

I don’t smoke or drink, so there’s that.

I’m trying to improve my health finally.

Before this, all I did was eat unhealthy junk food.

I eat a healthy diet and I don’t smoke or drink or smoke weed anymore.

I went up to 21 stone when i first went on clozaril 10 years ago. i lost 7 and a half stone in ten years!

i don’t look after my physical health a lot. I go for a walk regularly but i smoke… don’t drink or any other substances.

I don’t smoke, drink alcohol or do drugs (except CBD).

I eat fairly healthy by cooking meals at home every day and only very rarely eating out.

I exercise regularly by practicing yoga and by doing housework.

I drink lots of fluids daily in the form of decaf coffee and also ice water.

I also meditate at least once every day.

I go to bed around the same time every night.

I don’t exercise enough, but my arthritis is usually hurting some. I rode the bus to my psychiatric care provider today, then walked maybe three tenths of a mile to my pharmacy. Then I walked two blocks to the bank and caught the bus home.
This is about all I can manage right now.

I don’t look after my physical health but I look after my mental health by reading books, studying math, science and all different subjects. I am a college student. I believe being smart and strong is just as important as the other. I wish I was able to look after both but I am very lazy to exercise.

I don’t smoke or drink alcohol and don’t do drugs.

I have been bad with exercise lately but usually get a few walks a week 40 minutes.

I am on a vegan diet for the animals and environment and try to not eat pizza and junk food often.

I adore coffee but have cut down on them.

I go to bed early and wake up early if I can sleep :zzz:.(had sleep problems last few months)

I shower almost daily and I brush my teeth twice a day and started flossing once a day.

I used to smoke , occasionally drugs and be binge drinker.

Better now.

I have pretty colour on my nails and have started wearing lipstick almost daily.

I want to take good care of myself.
