Do you look after your physical health?

i do. walk a few miles a day, and got a home gym to lift. been losing weight because i havent been eating enough calories. probably need to double my calorie intake.

…exercise and good diets are great but sometimes the spirit is willing while the flesh is weak…also, which do you think is worse, a violation of the sanctity of the body or a violation of the sanctity of the mind?..

I try to, I take fiber and try not to eat fried and fatty food. Less saturated and trans fats too.

I kind of do.
I TRY to stay away from sweets but I don’t always do a good job.

I have diabetes so I have to be careful.

I’m also trying to walk at least 5000 steps.

I’m working on it. I’m currently dieting to lose some weight. And for the most of the last year I’ve been pretty good about eating a lot of vegetables and not much meat to help with my cholesterol.

Absolutely yes. I have aerobic exercise machines at home on which I exercise daily.
I also go for walks. I also plan to buy a home gym and add strength training at home.
I eat super healthy.

I take dietary supplements and Im on a beans and wheat and veggie diet, I walk as often as I can

Not really. My diet is not brilliant. However I dont exactly live off takeaways everyday so it could be worse

I walk the dog everyday. And just started doing the ring fit adventure on the switch.

Part of my problem is breathless because of my heart leak. I’m having a scan of my heart done next week and if it’s got worse hopefully they can give me some medication for breathlessness and I will be able to exercise more.

I have a decent diet, but don’t exercise. When our school’s gym opens back up I will go.

Heck yeah! Exercise is the 2nd most important thing I can do for myself every day. The first is meds.

My diet is pretty rubbish but I am very active with exercise and sport so I do ok with it.

Yeah, I watch carefully as it goes steadily downhill.

I do 30 - 40 minutes of yoga about 5 nights a week.

I eat home cooked meals almost every day incorporating lots of veggies, fruits, beans, seeds, whole grains, low fat milk, cheese, mostly lean meats, and minimal sweets.

And I meditate every day at least once a day

I get about 10 - 12 hours of good sleep almost every night.

I got to take care other wise the voices give me physical symptoms that don’t go easy on my body. Like getting gout or colesterol

I’m trying to… I do Intermittent fasting… I’m really thinking of beginning keto on Monday… or just cutting certain things out.
