They are so so exciting fo me in an olfactory way but I don’t think I could eat something that smells that strongly. I struggle with durian too but still am fascinated by the smell and love sitting and trying to figure it out

Unfortunately I’m not a fan of stinky cheese. Call me shallow but that stank is just too much.

I sure do. Love Limburger. It smells like…well you know. My former roommates made me eat it outside. :joy:

If it were legal in the states I would love to try that maggot cheese.

I had some different stinky cheeses at a wine and cheese tasting. A local grocery store has classes where you can learn to cook or learn about wines and cheeses from different regions of the world. I think our class was focused on France, but I can’t remember.

I really didn’t like the stinky cheeses. Made me want to vomit. :sweat_smile: I really like cheeses that are only a little smelly, though. Mild scent.

I don’t know as I’ve never tried it but my parents bought blue cheese and I found it gross, so I don’t think so

No, I don’t like the truly stinky cheeses, though I think the Muenster I adore kinda stinks.
