I want to start journaling. I think it will help me organize and process my thoughts. Something about writing really gets me thinking.

Yes, I keep a journal of my symptoms and it helps me retain insight into my illness. I am also able to notice my symptoms changing through the seasons which is helpful for managing my seasonal affective disorder.

I have a daily planner which really helps me to look back at my achievements, i used to keep a diary as well but not as much lately, i would put prayers into it and ideas and other things, i had stickers and stuff for it as well.
I would like to start it up again but i have a lot on my plate.

Yes i write things down in a diary and in notebook find it helps organise my appointments and thoughts a bit.
I do this for my work but not personal
I have found it very good to write my thoughts/feelings down on paper. It saved my life many times.
