I once was a narcissist. The narcissism creeps back in at times but it usually has to do with not exposing so many flaws to people. Now when I think I look so good I feel like people are staring at me too much and itā€™s disturbing. Then other times I think I look weird and people are looking at me like Iā€™m a strange animal.

I have looked in the mirror and sometimes I see someone that someone could find attractive and other times I think I look ugly. If you are wondering about a look that suits you you could try different hair styles and make up then post a pic. You could get the people on here on another website to rate it. I even think they have a website just for that but I forgot what it was called. Also from what little I remember of your pictures you donā€™t look bad.

Also just read. He said that sounds like it would was a little bit of an abusive relationship.

If you went to an AA meeting with this problem, the old-timers would say that you are ā€œLetting this guy rent space in your headā€. In other words forget about that guy, donā€™t waste time by giving him another thought.
Donā€™t let him get to you. Everybody on this thread has given you good advice.
