Do you even lift?

I don’t know anything about lifting weights or push-ups, but you do suit a beard @noahide.

I use these for pushups.

They develop all the muscles a lot faster than regular pushups imo. I use playing cards to determine each set. If I get an ace I maxout till failure

Is some of that even real?

Yeah but most of it takes a lot of steroids

You made those gains just by doing pushups? That’s impressive!

yea just pushups… i started out at 25 a day then went to 100 then was doing 300 a day for about a week or two but then i moved so i went back to 150. occasionally i might do curls but not as consistent with everyday of my pushups

You have the physique of bane in the dark night rises in that third picture. Good work man

U don’t work out legs or abs?..300 a day is a lot. I heard doing 40 pushups a day is good to reduce heart disease by like 95%. Isnt it better to just go to the gym? Unless there are other reasons…

Ew about the steroid-filled body builders. They look disgusting. And why do they spray themselves orange???

Working out naturally without steroids is attractive, though. If you don’t go overboard.

You can see the muscle definition better on darker skin

The only thing I’ve lifted in the past week is a Big Mac, fries and a diet Coke.
