If you eat a healthy, balanced diet your mental health will improve. Lots of veggies and fruit, a little whole grains and some beans and nuts and you should be feeling really good.

Health scare.

Need an mri to check for growths and abnormalities in my head.

Pulsatile tinnitus

Etc

I had a omelette with quinoa and turkey spam filling.

I eat relatively healthy but nothing over the top.

I’ve been eating canned vegies as a snack. I should be doing better than that though. I have a friend who is sz and she eats very healthy and cooks all the time.

I started eating healthy decades ago. I had Candida albicans and fought the overgrowth with nutritious foods

Eating a bran cereal everyday helped my mood…

I try to. I try to eat fruit and vegetables. I try to limit my salt intake because too much sodium raises your blood pressure. I try to control my portion size, that’s a hard one to follow. I try to have fast food just once a week but that’s a hard one to follow too. I don’t eat a lot of sugar or junk food.

My diet is crap, but portion controlled.

Had like two small bowls of rice and two pieces of carrot cake today.

My Daily Essential Nutrients supplement is definitely keeping me alive.

I get a lot of protein in my diet, but I am short on vitamins. I buy fruit juice, but that is about all the veggies I eat.

It’s good but could be better.

I don’t eat enough veggies.

I am a vegan.

Every day I take supplements.
I take vegan iron, vegan omega three, vegan b12, and vegan calcium.

I have porridge for breakfast or homemade musli.

For lunch I’m trying to have just two pieces of fruit and some nuts .

For dinner I may have roast vegetables or vegan pie with beans or gyoza or something vegan but I eat to much processed food for dinner like pies.

Every Friday I get a vegan ice cream and sometimes I allow myself a treat such as I had hot chips from Kentucky fried chicken Monday.

I had vegan chocolate yesterday.

My sweet tooth and love for junk food has me.
I don’t want to give it up but try eating it less often as I’m trying to lose another 2.8 kg.

I think I am healthy enough but I’m not as healthy as I could be but I do t seem to truly want to be that healthy as I love my food and treats.:two_hearts:

I usually eat well, except for my chocolate binges, which are usually a reaction to insults from the voices.

Not at all, I eat a lot of junk food and taKE out. Prob why Im sluggish all the time but I just don’t like most healthy foods

I try to eat healthy. I didn’t always. I lived off restaurants, fast food and junk food for 45 years until just 2 years ago when I made up my mind to buy cookbooks and cook meals for myself and to include meat, beans and veggies, and to eat fruits for snacks.

The change is helping me keep weight off, preventing acute sickness, making me feel physically better, is improving my MI symptoms, and I daresay, is even improving my cognition.

I hate restaurant food nowadays. And I know I’ll never go back to my former eating habits.

Not really… I’m depressed, so I eat based on whatever tastes good and makes me feel better. I’m not overweight but I probably have high cholesterol.

Broccoli might be healthy but it’s not as tasty as a hamburger.

Somewhat. I don’t eat much snacks and such, but my diet consists of mostly white bread and pasta or pizza.

I’ve cut down on my mayonnaise use, and I don’t buy a lot of snacks anymore. I also don’t add sugar to the coffee I drink at home.
