Can’t do body pump anymore it’s too strenuous so changed to yoga pilates.
Well got a class next week maybe I will like it. I shall have to give it a go to know.

Tai chi is pretty good as well. It’s like slow motion karate.

I used to like yoga and tai chi. My sister opened a yoga center after taking a course and becoming a yoga teacher.

I like both Yoga and Tai Chi. I used to practice it very often, but not anymore. Now I just take a walk twice daily to enjoy the fresh air and the view of the park.
I still like it but i go to gym now on a treadmill. I think i get a better bloodcirculation. I would love to start yoga again cause it good for streching and mind relaxing.
