Do no exercise - put on weight

Gone up a notch on my belt. To be expected - I do no exercise. Find it hard to leave the flat.

i hated it when that happened and i was finding it harder and harder to find good clothes my size lol, its not really funny tbh

I gained like 20kg in zyprexa…!!!
I gonna switch to abilify next time…!!! i am worried too…!!!

Abilify makes me really hungry unless I take a bcomplex with it. Then it acts kind of weight neutral.

I’ve lost 44lb=20kg by calorie counting. I didn’t do an ounce of exercise.

Maybe you could try calorie counting again jimbob? It’s not easy, but it gets results.

I have trouble exercising at the gym because the voices make fun of me and I feel self-conscious. So I have started doing yoga videos online in my own living room. It is much easier, because I can pause it whenever I need a break.

I bicycle every day on a stationary bike, and that keeps my weight from increasing.

I bought a yoga DVD, think I’m going to try it on the weekend, I would never go to classes, but want to try it.

Get a dog they force you out every dAy.
If not maybe you could wAlk someon else’s dog.

@Jimbob, I’m not a native English speaker. Can you please enlighten me? Which one is correct?
“I’ve put on some weight” vs “I’ve put some weight on”. ???
“I’e put on some clothes” vs “I’ve put some clothes on” ???

Thanks
