Are you still riding that red bike? How many KM so you think you have on it? What do you do in the event of a flat tire? Iām assuming you keep a spare inner tube on your bike like I doā¦
I have a black bike āJupiterā, I do not know how much I have been riding, but in the summer I ride much more. If I get a flat tire, I take my bike to a repair place. My goal for this year is to ride 4000 kilometres.
I have a pouch that holds an extra inner tube and the tools necessary to change a tire on the side of the road.
It has saved me twice.

Yes, 12 minutes is not enough as I assume that her time on the treadmill includes warmup and cool down period. The human body doesnāt metabolize food or fat stores until 20 minutes into a moderate aerobic exercise not to mention maintaining a steady heart rate.
I am not āgiving shitty adviceā as all cardio machines in fitness gyms have 30 minutes set on those consoles. She probably ended the treadmill session early for whatever reason.
Workout can be enjoyable if a person sees progress and results. I was encouraging her to exercise on the treadmill for a longer duration. I didnāt state, ātheyāre doing it wrongā.

We are trying something new to increase my activity and it involves 3 really small / mini goals a day and a reward for myself. One of the goals is 5 mins on treadmill. For now. And I am doing this most days now. So 12 is really good for me until I can keep working up.
when i went back on the treadmill it was just a gradual thing, i can do a routine if i want or do a free run, i prefer doing a free run where i can just pick a machine at random so i did 5mins on my induction then 10 mins walking on the treadmill its pretty cool bc i can watch tv or compete against others so i had all this stuff to keep me distracted bc if i just focus on walking it can get boring,
i managed to get my spotify working and then did 10 mins on the cycle, then i did some weights and thought to myself 'iām feeling pretty good; wasnt so tired so i decided to try tread mill again, then had a bit spare for the cycle. that was last Wednesday and i feel fitter already, i want to go back tonight for a session. feel a bit run down though.
I agree that walking/jogging/running on a treadmill can get boring especially if one exercises for 30 minutes to an hour. Thatās why I bought a pair of Bose Sound Sport Free Wireless Headphones which connects to the music on my smartphone.
Iām old too and I just walked 15 minutes on the treadmill.

I did yoga for 30 minutes last night. Plus I did 10 burpees one after the other. I will do it all again tonight.

I just got back from the gym and it was a good workout, i have a plastic stick thing that logs all my data and i did about the same as last time (although it feels like more)
I nearly broke a sweat as i decided to try a kind of skiing machine with the arms that move and i enjoyed that, i was saying to myself āif i can just get to the end of this songā and then i was like 'iāll try to get to 10min; and i got there.
The changing rooms were quiet so i had a shower but still very worried about other guys coming in, i think iām very self conscious that way.

Sometimes when Iām in the shower, in public. I girate my ass in a sexy kind of way and lather myself with shower gel while screaming yeah getting orf! Yeah getting orf!
