First time i tried to quit i desperately smoked random teas and after 5 days i finay felt i broke the cycle. It was first time in 5 years i havent smomed or ingested nicotine ever. I know how ro roll cigarettes, juat dont have a grinder, ill have ro tear leaves manually. Any good tea to smoke? I cant buy tea in tea bags, cause tea there usually is too crumble to roll and smoke

Maybe check online what is healthy to smoke, I think someone here posted an article about herbs that are ok to smoke but smoking anything is bad for the lungs so maybe reduce then stop smoking or try vaping.

Impoasible, tried wellbutrin, nicorette spray, nicotine patches, nicotine gum. I would go for chantix, but it is being recalled internationally due to cancerogen in the pill. The only time i was successful with quitting smoking was smoking tea. Fun fact: people who smoke in film scenes are actually amoking herbal (tea) cigarettes so its for a safee option

It was within 5 days i stopped everything. From smoking 30 tobacco ciggies a day, on 3 or 4 day i smoked like 5 times herbal tea. On 7th day i stopped smoking everything
Have you tried vaping? I know I’m not the only person who has suggested it in this thread but like…
I would do 0nicotine vape, the problem is there are non vape shops in my town. Also if I wanted to order i would need at least 60€~ for the proper kit and initial juice, sadly I have 30€ in ny bank account. So i can afford some 3€ tea for the whole duration to wean off nicotine

No one knows. But tobacco is super carcinogenic, and so is weed, and even fireplaces. I don’t know why you would choose to smoke another plant material, and assume it is better, when we know nothing at all about the effects of smoking it. But I think it’s a pretty safe bet that smoking tea is also very carcinogenic and harmful.
