Hey im smoking now my 2nd tea herb cigarette. Ita really smooth. If i relapse on tobacco within 2 hours ill stop smoking tea, but if it works i might be able to quit nicotine and later smoking
You can buy herbal mixes that are tobacco free now. They use mullein and stuff and are designed for smoking (as an alternative mix to tobacco for weed smokers). Much healthier than tea which isn’t there to be smoked at all.

Sadly its not available in my country, one pharmacy tried to sell it and was fined for that.
Just put in ebay herbal smoking mix and get it that way.
Or just buy Mullein.
There is no ebay in my country lmao, im totqlly fine with green tea. Also when i have found perfectly grinded up one. 90grams for like 2€, what a bargain! My goal is to quit nicotine and snoking altogether. The deal is to wean off so much nicotine (smoked 2 packs a day) ill need to smoke herbal tea for 3 months. Now im chainsmoking herbal tea, cause the hit ia not for like a cigarette, byt i know within a week with herbal tea amoking ill smoke like 8 day and after few months i wont have an urge to smoke at all

Have you heard of the herb Mullein? You can buy that and smoke it and it is a decongestant for the lungs. They grow it in Eastern europe.
