There’s a concert I’ve been really wanting to go to, been looking forward to it, but idk. There are drawbacks that make me unsure if I really want to go.
One is that it’s nearly 80 miles (nearly 130 km) away, though I often drive 100 miles to this other concert venue, and it’s always worth it.
Another is that it’s in the downtown of an unfamiliar city, where parking is going to be a ■■■■■.
Then there’s going alone, though I suppose that’s not too big of a deal.
Idk, but the thing is I know if I go I’ll have a good time. If I go, I’ll be leaving in about two hours.
Good call. Who are you seeing? (no worries if you want to stay anon). I’m usually down for a road trip if its one of my favorite bands or one that I’d never get a chance to see again, as long as my symptoms are in check.
It’s okay, the headliner is a little-known metal band called A Killer’s Confession. I like them a lot; their vocalist is a former vocalist for Mushroomhead. Mushroomhead isn’t that well-known, either, except among metal heads.
Haha, nice man. I was into Mushroomhead in high school. Their 1st couple CDs are worth $50+ now online if you still have them. I’ll have to check AKC out.
