I’ve been sticking to my diet. Incredible but true. I’ve been on it a month so far. I’m eating just under 2200 calories a day.
I hope to lose 10kg (22 pounds) in a year. So I’m taking it slowly.
But it seems so easy this time around. I barely notice I’m on a diet.
I’m using this android app to track my calories.

That’s a really popular calorie counting app. But it just seemed too complicated for me. I just wanted a no frills app.

I’m eating 1200 calories a day as well. Since May, 2020 I’ve lost 83 pounds. How much have you lost? How long have you been dieting!

I use an app called Lifesum.
@anon80629714 mentioned it in one of her posts.
It tracks what you eat and tracks your calories.
Also tracks water intake.
I really like it so far.

I think it is 2200 calories a day he is eating.
If I ate 2200 calories a day I’d be putting on weight exponentially. lol
Edit: I thought you were talking about everhopeful not twialine. oops my bad…

How many calories do you eat a day?
1600 calories and even with this I am slowly but surely putting on weight.

Actually with this App, it’s allowing me around 1800 calories a day.
1500 calories was not enough for me.

I don’t think I could manage less than 2000 calories a day. Hats off to you if you can do 1600.

Are you losing weight on 2200 calories a day?

Yes I am. Once I’ve gone as far as 2200 will take me I’ll see if I can go lower.
But the mistake I made in the past was going for faster weight loss and lower calories.
This time it’s slower weight loss and more calories and it seems to be working.

You are on abilify not paliperidone and unoffically risperidone…
Abilify is best for weight neutrality I believe.
