I feel like im clinging on everyday
I feel on the verge of tears several times a day
Its getting worse and i wont bring up the S word but sometimes i go there
Going to ask gp for ad’s

Sorry @anon29983254 , that sounds really rough. Maybe the benzo you’re taking is the problem. You mentioned that it’s been affecting your mood.

In any case, I hope your doctor can help.

I am with you Ducky.

Have been mildly s******* a few times, it feels like crap. Luckily, the AD and distracting myself with pleasurable activities (much less enjoyable than usual at that moment) helped me regain some thirst for life.

I find aerobic exercise helps too, and getting sun exposure if possible.

Stay strong. It gets better.

Thanks everhopeful you have a point it could be the benzos affecting me as well, maybe thats the reason im worse than usual

When do you see the GPS again? I know the horrible fear of that word. But you know there’s help. I’m just a dumbass when it comes to that. Hugs rox

You have to be careful with benzos
They work better on a PRN basis.

Also they can trigger or worsen depression

Ive not took any benzos for a week, im only on a very low dose anyway.
My mood is very low still but no more S thoughts so im going to ask for antidepressant, i need to

I get more intense moods sometimes this is normal for me but generally im a sombre mooded person
