Tomorrow is my first colonoscopy. I’ve spent the last 2 hours drinking a gallon of vile-tasting preparation meds and shall soon be visiting the bathroom. Oh, the joys to endure once you turn 50!

Good luck @WhiteRaven. I think the prep might be the worst part. I feel for you. The good news is that colonoscopies can be life-saving.

Luckily, you’re out during the whole actual procedure so you won’t feel a thing.You’re not even sore afterwards. And then you won’t need another one for ten years.
Yes, i have a lady from church who’s going to give me a ride. I’m going to take her out for breakfast afterwards.

my first colonoscopy saved my life…I had three precancerous pollyps out of five…

@WhiteRaven I have my liver biopsy today and I’m very nervous about it. So I’ll be thinking of you. Please let us know how it went when you can.

I have been taking chemo and had surgery to remove my tumors. I have adenocarcinoma of the liver and colon.
One thing i noticed is the cancer taken out has been healing some of my schizophrenia problems like lack of motivation and feeling paralyzed to my bed
