I’m not in a good place right now and I’m running into all these weird coincidences. I don’t know how to interpret this. Definitely strange.

I am. I was also taking suboxone for a couple months which is what I think did this. I stopped it like 4 1/2 days ago. Hoping that stops this.

Coincidences are delusions of reference like @everhopeful said. See your pdoc. Maybe your AP will be increased.
I also get them and are on the max dose (30mg) of Abilify as a result. It can take a few days or longer to clear up if you increase your AP.
