Is there any real difference between all the antioxidants that exist? I take vitamin C, Vitamin E, Ashwagandha, NAC, ginkgo biloba, etc. And those are all antioxidants. But does it make a difference which ones I take?
There are (small-scale) studies suggesting that NAC may work better if taken with glycine. Thus it might produce more glutathione.
