So I had a bad reaction to haldol yesterday and the doctor gave me this but it’s not working. What you guys say is the max dose I can take without over doing it
She has me on .5 mg
Done took 1 mg 765765
I have really bad dry mouth reaction to Cogentin and it doesn’t work anyway.

What is it? Is it for muscle stiffness as well?

,5mg is a pretty low dose. If 1mg doesn’t do the trick though I wouldn’t take more than that

It’s for jerkiness type movements from antipschycotics
Yeah it hasnt worked so I’m going to the ER today see what they can do
Alternative to cogentin is artane. Both works in similar manner. Ask your pdoc about it
if its TD than cogentin doesnt really help and kinda just makes it worse
Just got back from doc. She said double the cogentin and nothing else. She was afraid it might happen again. I felt bad and told her it wasn’t which it wasn’t anybody’s fault
I do know now that I can’t take haldol or trazadone
