I’m allowed to take 15 mg of Haldol instead of 10. I’m still being followed but I’m afraid if I take 15 my akithisia will worsen. I take 3 mg of Cogentin but don’t have approval to increase that dose. Should I take 15 mg or not?[poll type=regular results=always public=true chartType=bar]

Did the Dr approve the increase? I am on 4mg Cogentin so pretty sure your Dr can increase it.
My dr said I can increase Haldol but didn’t say I could increase cogentin

Ask him about increasing Cogentin but maybe 3mg will be enough?
I don’t know if an increase in meds will help with your belief that you are still being followed or not but I voted yes. It’s worth a shot, and you can always reduce back down if you need to.
I would try it too, if it doesnt work you can get back to 10mg.
When you have that problem with building a poll btw you just need to edit and move the the : “[poll type=regular results=always public=true chartType=bar]” segment down a line to separate it from the rest of the text. If that makes sense.
Either that or just press enter the first time you are building to separate the poll from the text

It’s worth testing it out as you have your doctor’s approval. Hopefully nothing to lose.
I would try taking the increased dose.
Test it out for a week or so.
You have nothing to lose.
You have to put a space before the poll, or something.
i’d try to go on the 15mg and see if it helps you out, if it doesn’t you can always move back down…

15 mg. is just a medium dose. If you tolerate it without any severe sideeffects you should try it. If it is possible for you. You should stay on 15 mg. for 6 weeks and then evaluate it with your doctor.
