Worse at the end of the day. Taking codeine for it. Is still painful. Been going on for 6 months.
Are you doing anything that stresses your back? Maybe it has something to do with your posture or how you’re sitting. You might think about seeing a chiropractor. I’m sure he or she has experience with this type of back problem.

My belly is like that too. All my excess weight is concentrated right around my waist, right where it can stress my back the most.

Take up a yoga practice every day. Yoga cured me of my back pain in 6 months of consistent practice. You have to keep it up though, or your pain will return. 30 minutes every day is all you need.
