I just want to know who is suffering from pain physically.? My back acted up a couple weeks ago and it really hurt. Sorry for everyone’s pain…

Yea back pain is no joke sometimes. And sometimes it can be due to something like kidneys. And if it’s ‘just’ mechanical back pain, eg. Weak back muscles that’s still serious because such a situation puts a lot of strain on the spine…
I hope your back pain doesn’t come back or eases down if it does.

I have pain in my right foot. Doctor said it is plantar fasciitis but I’m not sure it flares up when I’m anxious and when I’m out and about

I have degenerative arthritis in my lower back. The pain comes and goes, I go to physical therapy for it twice a week.

I have degenerative osteoarthritis in my jaws, neck, lower back and knees which I successfully treat with yoga and Tylenol.

I’m so sorry everyone, and even though you successfully beat it you used to suffer I guess? glad you beat it @SkinnyMe yoga scares me because of my abdomen spastic muscle. don’t want it popping out…it hasn’t happend in a long time but is very painful when it happens…doctor couldn’t help me, says I have to be on muscle relaxers but you can’t drive…ha…no thanks…i learned to just be careful. @77nick77 I think I have the same…I probably need therapy too…

I have fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, and tendonitis. That about covers it. Right now I have a hard time vaccuming, because of tendonitis in my forearm, but I have to do it anyway.
