For a long time I did search for writers all over the nation
We emailed maybe a dozen guys
It doesn’t work for me. Girls like me in person waaay more than a stupid dating site profile or a tinder picture. Girls online are either all shallow and stupid or just there to assert their egos and not for dates. I never got a date in 100 tries in online dating.

Yeah I’ve done that like two years ago. Tried again when I was lonely this past year…didn’t work. I think I’ll meet a girl soon. I’m back at home with a vengeance now. My therapist said my semester at school got me out of my comfort zone. I feel it too. Very confident these days.

For fun I liked to read this one forum that had trashy humor. And they’d tell such funny stories about the girls they talked to on online dating sites. A lot of those girls get narcissistic because they get the attention of a celebrity on some of those sites. There’s a lot of desperate guys that build up their egos, heh.

Oh well. That’ll only harm them in the long run. The ego thing. See you can compliment me and it may boost my self asteem but I won’t become conceited to the point of damage. Different story with many people.

I always had this fantasy that I could take someone on a date, but I’m so poor (even mentally and socially.) 
I still go on the dating websites though. I’m a dreamer.

I’m not projecting… 
I write romance poems a lot. so I have a great interest in romantic dates and stuff like that.
